Who we are
Firmeso Limited (company number 17542814, "Firmeso", "we") runs firmeso.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at hello@firmeso.com.
What we collect
When you join the waiting list we collect your work email address and, if you choose to give them, your name, your firm's name, how many staff it has, and roughly how many of your clients will need Making Tax Digital for Income Tax.
We also record the date and time you joined. This site doesn't use cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect your IP address for tracking and doesn't follow you across other websites.
Why we use it
- To contact you about Firmeso: pilot places, the launch and the product itself.
- To understand which firms are interested, so we can plan the pilot and our prices.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by joining the list. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@firmeso.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Who else sees it
We don't sell or share your details. They are stored with Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site and its database on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK; where it does, it uses the UK's approved safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or for 12 months after Firmeso launches to the public if you haven't become a customer, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@firmeso.com and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
